The Opportunity

As Head of eCommerce, you will lead the evolution of King Living’s global eCommerce platforms, driving growth, optimising operations, and ensuring seamless customer journeys across all regions.
Working closely with the Chief Digital Officer and a cross-functional team, including UX/UI, eCommerce Managers, Data Analysts, and Marketing, you will shape the future of our digital strategy. The Role - Lead the strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations of King Living’s global eCommerce websites
- Deliver best-in-class customer journeys — from product setup and visual merchandising through to promotions and post-purchase experience
- Develop and own a revenue-focused digital strategy, set accurate forecasts, and lead the team in delivering against commercial goals
- Collaborate with the Head of Technology to deliver a new global eCommerce platform with excellence in both experience and scalability
- Drive omnichannel innovation — connecting online activity with showroom engagement to support seamless customer experiences
- Ensure operational excellence across eCommerce processes, including product lifecycle management, pricing execution, onsite experience, and fulfilment readiness
- Partner with Marketing to align campaigns and convert brand engagement into measurable growth
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across the business, with a collaborative, team-first approach to achieving results
- Foster a high-performance culture where team members are empowered, supported, and encouraged to grow professionally
- Identify and adopt AI and automation tools that improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Leverage data and customer insights to inform prioritisation, optimise digital experiences, and continuously improve performance across markets
About You - Deep experience leading eCommerce operations across international markets
- A strategic mindset with the ability to connect digital experience, operational delivery, and commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of conversion optimisation, lifetime value, digital merchandising, and omnichannel performance
- Comfortable working in technical environments and collaborating with platform and development teams (Magento/Salesforce experience a plus)
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with a high-end, design-led brand
- Naturally curious, open to innovation, and passionate about the role AI and new tools can play in digital advancement
