The Opportunity

This is a 12-month parental leave cover offering the opportunity to contribute at a pivotal time for the business.

We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-oriented Brand Manager to support the Head of Brand in driving strategic brand execution across all markets.

In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint. You will oversee campaign logistics, creative asset development, material distribution, and performance reporting, supporting the delivery of eight annual campaigns across retail, digital and international markets.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of King Living’s global brand presence, ensuring creativity and operational excellence work hand in hand.

The Role
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, imagery and messaging.
  • Coordinate the execution of national and international brand campaigns across retail and digital platforms.
  • Oversee creative asset development including product imagery, catalogues, print, digital and in-store materials.
  • Support campaign shoots including pre-production planning and on-the-ground logistics.
  • Enhance showroom brand experience by collaborating with Retail teams to elevate customer journeys.
  • Partner with international markets to localise branding and marketing materials effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with Retail, Product, Design and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
  • Liaise with agencies and external partners to meet brand deliverables and deadlines.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, process purchase orders, and track campaign spend.
  • Compile campaign analytics, generate performance reports and present post-campaign insights.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a Brand or Marketing role, ideally within retail, design or premium brands.
  • Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to translate consumer insights and trends into actionable brand initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Proactive, organised and solutions-focused with excellent communication skills.
