The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven
Customer Reviews Coordinator to join King Living on a
6-month contract, working
3 days per week.
This role sits across both Marketing and Customer Service, focusing on driving review performance, improving brand perception, and strengthening customer trust across all digital platforms.
You’ll manage review platforms at a global level, execute campaigns to generate verified reviews, and focus on lifting performance in priority areas—particularly improving Google ratings across underperforming showrooms. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful impact in a highly visible space.
The Role - Manage and optimise review platforms including Google, ProductReview and Bazaarvoice
- Drive 5-star review performance across all King Living websites and platforms globally
- Leverage AI tools to analyse customer feedback at scale, identify emerging themes and accelerate insight generation
- Execute review collection campaigns aligned to strategies set by Digital Marketing and Customer Service
- Build momentum in verified product reviews, ensuring visibility on King Living websites via Bazaarvoice
- Partner with Retail, Delivery and Customer Service teams to embed review capture into workflows
- Manage incentives and track effectiveness
- Monitor review insights, sentiment and trends, sharing actionable findings with stakeholders
About You - Experience in customer reviews, reputation management, CX, marketing operations or digital platforms
- Comfortable working across Marketing, eCommerce and Customer Service environments
- Hands-on experience with review platforms such as Google, ProductReview or Bazaarvoice
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage campaigns and priorities independently
- Data-aware and insight-driven, with the ability to leverage AI tools to support analysis and reporting
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders across retail, digital and service teams
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to attend site or office locations as required
