The Opportunity   

This is a 6-month contract opportunity with strong potential for extension and long-term permanency.
  
We are seeking a strategic and creatively driven Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of King Living’s global organic social strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Content & Communications, you will own our social media roadmap across key platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Acting as the connector between brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, editorial content and real-time execution, you will ensure our voice, product stories and heritage resonate in platform-native ways with global audiences.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening our brand presence, driving engagement, and aligning social performance with broader business and campaign objectives.

The Role
  • Develop and own the global organic social media strategy across priority platforms.
  • Create and manage an integrated content calendar aligned to product launches, PR, editorial and campaign priorities.
  • Translate brand campaigns and product stories into engaging, platform-optimised social content.
  • Brief, guide and review internal creators and external partners to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Oversee the rollout, repurposing and sequencing of campaign and hero assets across social channels.
  • Identify high-performing organic content and partner with Performance Marketing to optimise boosting strategies.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance and provide actionable insights to evolve channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with PR and Influencer teams to integrate creator content effectively across platforms.
  • Develop toolkits and guidelines to maintain brand consistency across global markets, including collaboration with international teams.
  • Stay across platform trends, tools and competitor activity, applying insights to strengthen King Living’s presence.
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience in social media, digital marketing or content strategy roles.
  • Proven experience managing multi-platform social calendars and end-to-end content rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, platform culture and premium brand positioning.
  • Confident briefing and reviewing creative teams, influencers and production partners.
  • Experience using social analytics tools and performance frameworks to inform strategy.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to align content with campaign and business objectives.
  • Passionate about design, lifestyle and creative experimentation.
  • Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experienced in influencer marketing integration and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Curious and proactive in leveraging AI technologies to enhance social production and performance.
