The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on and execution-focused Outlet Warehouse Coordinator to take full day-to-day ownership of showroom replenishment and receipt at our Annandale Outlet, NSW. Reporting to the Outlet Operations & Reverse Logistics Manager, you'll be the single point of accountability — from building accurate picklists and coordinating truck runs to maintaining clean WMS/OMS records that showroom teams can trust.

Leading a small team of Reverse Logistics Storepeople, you'll set the standard for pace, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time role for someone who thrives on operational ownership, takes pride in execution, and knows how to keep complex moving parts running smoothly.

The Role
  • Own and manage end-to-end showroom replenishment — picklist creation, transfer booking, truck run scheduling, and final goods receipt
  • Plan and coordinate warehouse-to-warehouse truck runs including load planning, manifests, back-hauls, and exception handling
  • Ensure accurate goods receipt into the showroom: correct item, grade, status, and bin/location on arrival
  • Maintain data hygiene in WMS/OMS; reconcile variances against manifests and complete daily availability checks
  • Book and track inter-store/DC transfers; proactively chase exceptions and close out discrepancies
  • Act as the single operational contact across Warehouse, Logistics/Dispatch, 3PLs, Retail, Spare Parts, and Refurb
  • Lead and coach 1–2 Reverse Logistics Storepeople — allocating work, setting standards, and managing performance
  • Run daily team huddles; enforce SOP and WHS compliance across all operational activity
  • Monitor aged stock and trigger appropriate actions per SOPs
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, mis-picks, and double handling
About You
  • 3+ years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or outlet operations; showroom replenishment experience preferred
  • Proven hands-on experience with transfers, picklists, truck/route coordination, and showroom receipts
  • Proficient with WMS/OMS and basic reporting tools including Excel and BI platforms
  • Strong data discipline with a rigorous approach to accuracy at receipt and throughout the transfer cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a small team with clear communication and accountability
  • WHS-first mindset with safe manual handling capability; LF forklift licence desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills — confident providing ETAs, updates, and early escalations
  • Furniture or homewares industry experience advantageous
  • A continuous improvement mindset, focused on speed, accuracy, and waste reduction
Why You will Love Working with Us
  • Ownership: A stand-alone leadership role with full day-to-day operational accountability.
  • Premium Brand: Be part of an iconic, globally recognised Australian design brand.
  • Career Growth: Broaden your supply chain career within a growing global business.
  • Generous Discounts: Employee and family & friends discounts on premium products.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work closely with retail, warehouse, and logistics teams across the business.
