What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for King Living's last-mile delivery drivers — across digital manuals, video tutorials, interactive modules, and on-road assessments
• Managing transport carrier and contractor driver performance, ensuring ongoing compliance with company standards, policies, and legislation
• Overseeing driver onboarding end-to-end — assessing, recruiting, and training new drivers across delivery operations, product assembly, safety protocols, and customer interaction
• Conducting regular safety training sessions on safe driving practices, accident prevention, and regulatory compliance
• Providing ongoing coaching in customer service skills — conflict resolution, communication, and problem-solving — to foster a customer-first mindset across the driver team
• Monitoring delivery performance metrics to identify training needs and implement continuous improvements
• Collaborating with Logistics, Customer Service, and Retail teams to align training objectives with broader business goals
• Preparing and delivering regular reports on training outcomes, driver performance, and enhancement recommendations

What You Bring

• Proven experience designing and delivering structured training programs in a logistics, transport, or last-mile delivery environment
• Strong understanding of transport compliance, safety regulations, and contractor management
• A natural people leader who motivates, coaches, and holds teams accountable with warmth and clarity
• Customer-obsessed — able to embed a service-first mindset across a field-based team
• Data-driven, with experience monitoring performance metrics and translating insights into action
• Excellent communication skills — you make the complex simple
• Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused under pressure
