To keep your King Living indoor rug looking its best, vacuum regularly and avoid brushing with harsh bristles, as these can damage the pile over time. To reduce fibre shedding, vacuum in the direction of the pile.

To help stop a rug moving on carpet, use a rug underlay cut slightly smaller than your indoor rug, so it grips both the backing and the carpet pile. This will help to keep your rug in place and provides an anti-slip base.  

Positioning key furniture like your sofa, lounge chair, coffee table or bed with the front legs on the rug will further anchor it and create a grounding element in your living space or bedroom.  

For hallway runners or smaller bedroom rugs that sit more freely, choose a low-pile, durable design and combine it with an underlay to minimise movement and help the rug keep its shape over time. 

Begin by measuring your room and key furniture, then choose an indoor rug that sits comfortably within the layout while leaving a frame of visible floor around the edges. When choosing between two sizes, it’s best to oversize as a larger rug will make the space feel more cohesive and inviting.  

For more compact living, dining, or bedrooms, indoor rug sizes such as 160 x 230 centimetres and 200 x 300 cm work well. Larger 260 x 360 and 300 x 430 cm rugs are ideal for open plan living spaces, where it’s beneficial to define zones.
